When we partnered with Nicelife to create a canned cold brew espresso marrtini, we thought that was peaking. Until Mitch at BCause added Dalgona Coffee with our Instant and blew our minds. Here's the quick and easy recipe, and a fun video from Mitch showing you how to make it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Dalgona Whipped Coffee:
4 x sachets (1 box) of Fernwood Instant Coffee
1.5 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar (can add more to make it a little sweeter)
1.5 Tablespoons water
Ice
Garnish:
Dark Chocolate
Espresso Beans
Instructions:
- In a medium sized bowl add instant coffee, sugar and water
- Whisk by hand or with an electric mixture for several minutes until fluffy, mixture should be able to stick to a spoon
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Nicelife Espresso Martini (1 can per serving) and a dollop of the whipped coffee
- Shake until mixture is cold and strain into your desired glass
- Garnish with another dollop of the dalgona whip, shaved chocolate and a few espresso beans
