1976 Espresso. For the mornings that need a bit more. Fernwood Blend. The one that suits everybody at the table. Brazil. Sweet and easy. Peru Decaf. For any time of day.
We roast all four in Victoria, then work with Hasty, our Canadian instant partner, to hold the same standard you get from the bag. Hot, iced, or with milk.

2. Fernwood Blend: chocolate, toasted almond. Peru.
3. Brazil: milk chocolate, hazelnut, soft sweetness. Fazenda Serrado.
4. Peru Decaf: milk chocolate, soft spice. Swiss Water Process.

FAQ
The coffee is the same coffee we roast in Victoria. From there it goes to Hasty Coffee, a Canadian specialty instant producer, who freeze dries it slowly so the water comes off without heat. Nothing gets cooked out of it on the way to the sachet.
Yes. It dissolves in cold water, milk, or oat milk, and works straight over ice. Cold takes a few more turns of the spoon than hot does. That's the only difference.
