Great coffee, very convenient for backpacking as it is lightweight. We love supporting local and glad we found a flavourful option for camping. It is quite expensive per serving, even when buying bulk.

Great coffee for my digestive issues due to lower acidic pH level

I was excited to find out that Fernwood was offering instant in their lineup. Given how amazing their coffee is, I had high hopes. If you're looking for a very clean and smooth, bright medium roast, this is it, and very good with dairy.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Fernwood carried instant coffee! There are always days when things get too busy, but you want a coffee and ideally, a good cup of coffee! This instant coffee works best with dairy, resulting in a very smooth and clean tasting cup.

I ordered regular and received decaf instand.

Absolutely love! this coffee. Traveling with non-coffee people and didn’t miss my coffee maker or cafe. And have had a couple mugs at home … will definitely be ordering more to have handy. Its ineffable!

I’m a bit sticky about my coffee.. I really haven’t even considered drinking instant. I had some thoughts about the convenience of instant but also for recipes. I tried one that is SO GOOD! It’s a honey latte made with instant coffee and it’s delicious! So I had to have a GOOD instant coffee to make it with. I read some reviews and decided this was worth trying. My husband also commented that he thought the instant was pretty good on its own which is high praise. I like having it on hand and highly recommend buying!

There’s not a lot of coffees I can drink black, but I can with Fernwood!

The large instant coffee bag is super convenient (so are the small pouches). The instant coffee tastes great. I hope Fernwood continues to sell the instant coffee (as they appear all sold out)!

My family member loved Fernwood when he visited from Ontario so I just had to send him some for his birthday! I personally love the instant coffee!!

This is not your average instant coffee! It is simply delicious coffee….in fact, this has been my go to for morning coffee even when I’m not on the go!

Ran out of coffee last night and can't get to the store until this afternoon, so i decided to try one of the sachets from the 'single origin instant coffee' package that my partner picked up. I poured a bit of oat milk into my mug and mixed the slurry together, then added the boiling water and voila. I really didn't expect much. i was very very happily surprised. This was an enjoyable cup of coffee. now while this isn't much of a compliment, it is seriously better than the cups of swill poured out at starbucks, so for instant.... holy sh*t !! This stuff is seriously amazing. i'm an olde pharte now, but omg i wish i wish i wish this would have been available on those cold garibaldi mornings where tea was the only option. major kudos people, you sell good stuff, i'm sold and will be buying more of your products.

Sure, it’s not the daily ritual of grinding and brewing a fresh cup, but, It’s own kind of magic to have instant coffee that tastes this good.

After my sister in law insisted I had to try Fernwood instant coffee I ordered some for myself and my Mom. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It is so delicious, I’ve been enjoying it so much that I have ditched brewing coffee for the past two days! It truly is one of the best coffees I’ve ever had…never mind it being instant coffee!

I broke down and bought a 4 pack for $14 - 3.50 each. I figured if it knocks my socks off I can live with this, and maybe just do the odd bank heist to pay for it. Definitely very tasty and marginally preferable to other premium instants but not for price.

My friend and I took the 24pk on a week long vacation and LOVED having reliably good coffee in our back pocket. It can be a crap-shoot ordering from cafes and in airports, and this way we were always satisfied. Highly recommend stocking your carry-on!

The only other instant coffee I've enjoyed has been while camping in Central America for months on end. I tried it at home, but something about not being on a beach took the lustre away—until I tried this!

Not only is this convenient and nostalgic in that it feels like I'm camping again, but it actually tastes amazing. Seriously. I brew Fernwood beans at home all the time and this stuff is indistinguishable. A great option for travel, road trips or pop-ins from unexpected guests (hi dad).

We got these to take camping since we don't have any fancy camping coffee equipment and they HIT THE SPOT. Waking up to have coffee outside is one of the best parts about camping so we're glad it can still taste great too :).
