We are happy to announce the arrival of 2 new coffees to the Roastery. The first is a naturally processed Nicaraguan from Finca Limocillo. This is a Pacamara so it has large light beans and at lighter roasts packs some strong fruit flavors. The second is a Costa Rican from Helsar. It is a Typica and is a multi award winner from 2 farms and is carefully processed at a micro mill. Watch for our full single origin listing to come out next week.
